(Atlanta, GA) – Feeling the heat from conservative organizations and candidates highlighting her support of Obamacare, Atlanta liberal and U.S. Senate candidate Michelle Nunn released her first television spot of the 2014 election cycle. In response to her ad, Georgia Republican Party Chairman John Padgett issued the following statement:
“As Obamacare continues to destroy jobs, raise premiums, and compromise care, Michelle Nunn refuses to commit to repealing this harmful law,” said Georgia Republican Party Chairman John Padgett. “Instead she’s lining her bank account with donations from Obamacare supporters.
“Georgia voters want more than feel good rhetoric from their next United States Senator. They want real, bold solutions and honest, conservative leadership that dyed in the wool Democrats like Michelle Nunn simply cannot provide. They want someone who will vote to repeal Obamacare and won’t be a rubber stamp for the Obama agenda in Washington.
“Georgians deserve a Senator that isn’t a rubber stamp for the liberal Obama agenda, but someone who will always fight for the best interests of our state.”
