(Atlanta, GA) – On the same day that Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius testified in front of a Congressional hearing about the failures of the ObamaCare roll-out and the dismal functionality of the Healthcare.gov website, the Georgia Republican Party issued the following statements asking for Democratic Senatorial candidate Michelle Nunn to demand a refund for the multi-million dollar website.
“Michelle Nunn needs to stop walking her political tightrope and start demanding answers from the Obama Administration,” said Ryan Mahoney, Communications Director for the Georgia Republican Party. “While Democrats like Nunn disagree with Republicans in Washington over the tenets of ObamaCare, we can all agree that spending millions on a bug-ridden, crash prone, barely functional website is absolutely ridiculous.
“The American people are fed up with footing the ever-growing bill created by the President’s far left-wing agenda. The least Michelle Nunn can do to prove her allegiance to Georgia voters and not to Washington powerbrokers, who fund her campaign, is to demand a full refund for the disastrous website that only the Obama Administration would be proud to call their own.”
