GAGOP Statement On President Trump’s Visit To The Peach State

Atlanta, GA – Today, President Donald Trump will make an official visit to the Peach State, making a specific stop at the UPS Airport Hub in Hapeville. The purpose of today’s trip is to announce a ground-breaking new policy that will expedite infrastructure improvement projects across the state and beyond. One such project is the expansion of lanes on I-75, alleviating traffic concerns to and from the UPS distribution hub.

This visit makes clear to Georgians across the state that every American matters to the Trump Administration. By tearing away the red-tape that impedes infrastructure improvements across our state, President Trump is recognizing our regional issues and remedying them.

“Here in Georgia, we look forward to the job creation that will take place as a result of President Trump’s Administration slashing unnecessary regulations,” said Georgia GOP Executive Director Stewart Bragg. “It is imperative that Georgians re-elect the President this November. America needs a second term of the administration that never stops fighting for economic growth.”
