Democrats See Opportunity To Sidestep Constitution, Implement Radical Agenda

This morning, as Americans across the country attended church services in person, advocates for religious freedom had a particular reason to celebrate. On Wednesday, the Supreme Court ruled 5-4 to block New York Governor Andrew Cuomo from enforcing limits on attendance at churches, mosques, and synagogues.

The decision was also a powerful reminder of the importance of confirming constitutionalist judges and justices. As Fox News reported: “The order was also the first in which Justice Amy Coney Barrett played a decisive role. Barrett, who was President Trump’s third Supreme Court nominee, joined the court Oct. 27.”

Senators David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler voted to confirm Justice Amy Coney Barrett. Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff would vote to confirm liberal activists who would legislate from the bench, but they wouldn’t stop there. They would vote to pack the court with activist judges in order to help pass the Democrats’ extreme radical agenda.

“Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi see an activist Supreme Court as an opportunity to sidestep the Constitution and implement their radical socialist agenda, and they need Radical Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff to make that a reality,” said Abigail Sigler GA GOP Spokeswoman. “Warnock and Ossoff would pack the Supreme Court, fundamentally changing it into a rubber stamp for the Democrats’ radical left-wing agenda. Georgians who want to protect the Constitution and ensure Supreme Court Justices and federal judges stand up for the rule of law, must support Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue.”
