ATLANTA, GA — From refusing to turn over documents regarding his work with China, to being labeled by foreign policy leaders as a “security risk,” to the Hunter Biden and Eric Swalwell scandals amplifying his own China woes, the scrutiny surrounding Ossoff’s connection to China continues to grow. Georgians yesterday found out that Ossoff’s troubling ties to China run even deeper, as it was uncovered that Ossoff in 2012 encouraged Twitter users to follow China state media.

“First, we learned that Jon Ossoff was paid by the Chinese Communist Party, and now, we know he is an arm of their propaganda machine,” said GA GOP spokeswoman Abigail Sigler. “Jon Ossoff is a shill for the Chinese Communist Party, and he poses a serious security threat. He has no place in the Senate.”

Over the weekend, former U.S. Ambassador to Japan and Senator-elect Bill Hagerty spoke out against Jon Ossoff saying he, “may be a security risk, but certainly not an acceptable choice for a Senator,” and The Washington Times reported that “the president-elect’s son, and California Democratic Rep. Swalwell have kept stories about Beijing’s influence in the news, lending oxygen to Republicans hammering Mr. Ossoff’s link to a Hong Kong conglomerate owned in part by the Chinese communist government.”
